The Name of the Applicant, Father's Name / Mother's Name, Date of Birth and all other details should be filled in Capital Letters & spelt correctly in the form as it appears in the Birth Certificate/Aadhaar Card/Passport. No corrections will be permitted later.

Parent’s need to fill the details with only their Personal Email Id’s (no official email Id’s to be filled).

It is mandatory to fill all the fields marked (*) in red. In case a field is not applicable to you please mention NA (Not Applicable).

An incomplete or incorrectly filled Registration Form will be automatically rejected.

After completing the form, click on 'Submit' button, you will receive an Acknowledgement Receipt

You are required to retain a print out of the Acknowledgement Receipt as well as the duly filled Form for future correspondence.

The Status of Admissions will be intimated via E-mail/Call
